Where can I find the best orthothics in the SF Bay ARea/ Central Coast?

Any recommendations of orthopedic doctors or podiatrist that are renowned for their orthotics? I'm a flat-footed overpronator. I'm willing to go big-time with the cost.

I went to see Dr. Dave Hannaford in San Rafael when I had plantar fasciitis (I have flat feet and a little over pronation). He is a runner and his advice helped me to continue running. He was able to make custom orthodics a few years ago -- we discussed this option for treating my feet. They were about $450 for a pair and I don't think that they were going to be covered by my insurance. I didn't need them after all, but I liked that he was very clear on my options and the costs involved. He is pretty renown in competitive running circles and he lectures fairly regularly at Sports Basement.

Courses in Medicine – MBBS

To take up a career in medicine, one has to pursue a MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) degree course. This programme includes four and a half years of classroom study that is divided into three professionals of three semesters each. It includes a wide range of subjects such as surgery, radiology, pathology, dermatology, biochemistry, psychiatry, ophthalmology, obstetrics and gynecology. One has to study anatomy and preventive medicine in the course of classroom study period. The final 1½ years are basically meant for internship. The degree course in dentistry is of full four years duration and is followed by a year of residency. After gaining the B.D.S degree, a student becomes eligible to pursue a two year post-graduate course with specialization.
