I stayed quiet and continued getting dinner ready and the girls in the bathroom and prepares for bed. I always had to make sure everything was perfect before I left to let me go. The night was calm. There were stars in the sky and some clouds, and it would rain. Across the street, the lights were on that radiated through the baseball field. The street was almost empty. This was an autumn night in Belmar and tourism throughout the summer have gone home.
