Orthotic Sandals

I have an arc of pain in my left foot, is a fallen arch?

I usually wear orthotics as excessive pronation, but not in 2 weeks. I've been on vacation and just wore Birkenstocks again. Lead me to believe that EBS offers superior performance, but now I am questioning this. I've been trying to ignore my foot, but it hurts when I walk. There is no pain when at rest or when manual pressure is applied to it. Please help!

Yes, it is possible that it could be related to a fallen arch. It could also be the result of not wearing his orthotic inserts in the last two weeks (just one). Furthermore, Birkenstock sandals, it takes time to break them. The more you use them then molds to the foot and painless. In trying to break a drain them a bit and then take it up the next day and use them for a little longer. If this fails I would recommend getting back in touch with your podiatrist or whoever prescribed by your orthopedic inserts further evaluation of the situation. A thing that may be needed to adjust their templates.
