The Bionic Hand
The Bionic Hand

The Apple iPhone is an iconic device, which quickly won a huge user base of both loyal fans of Apple, as well as a wider range of users mobile phones attracted by the simplicity of the contact interface screen and the wide variety of "applications" that turns the device from a phone moving in almost anything you want it to be.
There are however certain features that can not be improved with a simple application, and one of them is the integration iPhone in your car to provide a hands-free experience safe driving. Besides being an improvement in security in many parts of the world is illegal to use a telephone phone while driving, unless a handsfree kit.
As expected, there is a wide range of cars or kits available, whether they are wired in your car and you can move from car to car. In most cases, both types of work through the Bluetooth protocol, which allows mobile phones compatible, including iPhone, to connect them wirelessly. In addition to these generic devices are a growing number of hands-free kits that developed specifically for the iPhone in mind.
The TomTom Car Kit builds on the success of the TomTom Navigator application and provides a platform secure connection for your iPhone for use as in car navigation system. It also improves the performance of GPS and has a built-in speaker and microphone. The navigation system will reboot once your call is complete and there is an optional cable to connect to certain brands of car stereo so you can play music from the iPhone through the car speakers, the music automatically vanished during shipping or during a call.
Parrot is a highly respected manufacturer of handsfree and MKi range carry the made for iPod and work with iPhone certification. The range includes kits that come with or without screen. The top of the range MKi9200 includes a color screen that displays the full playlist, artist name, album title and the appropriate cover when is available on the iPod or iPhone. It also features technology to improve hands-free calling, little to this device must be installed by a professional.
If you need something simpler and cheaper, which acts only as a hands-free phone without the music streaming options then SuperTooth Buddy offers a free installation option, you just pair the device with the iPhone via Bluetooth and are ready to go. The Buddy will twenty hours of talk time and 10.00 hours standby on one charge.
How I can make the metal hands / legs?
You know, like these bionic hands that are being built for the soldiers who lost who lost his arms / legs in war? I'm building a robot wondered how to go about making robotic arms and legs for this? I'm not very experienced in building things, so I just want to build arm and leg, for now. How I can create strong arms and thick legs, but this? I'm so sure I'm going to make a robot or I could make a suit. But I have yet to find a way to make the arms.
Ok Ironman ... Here we go ... God did a pretty good job design arms and legs, the easiest answer is to base the design of their own. Replicate functional muscles, bones and joints. electric actuators work for a simple robot like a show piece, but offer a bad skill to control and functionality. film and orthodics robots typically use servo-motors, but the cost would be prohibitive and control for a simple robot. Building a body suit is quite useless or dangerous. First, the control system for a complete and functional skilled physical integrity, particularly a hand or foot, is incredibly complex. More than 20 actuators would be needed to manipulate a robotic hand, with servo only complicates the control mechanism. Without an intelligent control system and prohibitively expensive, it will be impossible for anyone to handle the demand from the inside. Construction a suit of body as an extension of their limbs, as orthodics replacement member, is quite safe. However, when you start talking of a large suit, the danger becomes very real. Actuators and servo motors do not stop just screaming, so that when the body adapts to its curves and twists that too far and breaks his arm, it really does not care. The crudest of its control system, the greater likelihood of injury.
