There are talks that say that men in a certain region have organs bigger than men from other nations. If this is true the bigger question is why? Is it hereditary? Is it in their genes? This exercise is called jelqing. Some people call it the milking hand exercise because the steps are similar to milking cows. 7. Do steps 5 and 6 three times.
